About Sonia

Sonia Devine is one of Australia's leading experts in mind power techniques. Through her work as a certified hypnotherapist and senior lecturer at the Academy of Hypnotic Science in Melbourne, Sonia has developed successful and innovative methods that establish her as a true leader in her field.

Sonia was formally trained in education and computer science and has worked for many years in the corporate world developing educational programs and training adults in everything from adult migrant literacy to computer programming. A chance meeting with a hypnotherapist prompted Sonia to explore the relationship between mind and matter to such a degree that she was compelled to pursue a career change.

Her passion for self-help, mind techniques and hypnotherapy inspired her to start her own business in 2003; and thus, DEVINE YOUR LIFE™ was born. Since that time, Sonia has assisted many people of all ages to challenge their negative beliefs, turn their lives around and achieve their highest potential.

Many years of treating clients for weight management inspired the concepts for Sonia’s weight loss program, Love Yourself Slim™ This cutting edge methodology combines the treatment and care of the emotional mind with that of the physical body to accomplish long term and sustainable weight loss. She is also highly specialized in areas such as anxiety, depression and self-esteem.
